Dependent on your company size, we offer phone based HR support, with time “on site” as required or scheduled, regular time “on site” with continual office based back up.

Under our model, clients can either pay “per use” or a set “fixed monthly fee” for this support to ensure they are fully in control of their budgetary requirements. 

In our typical outsourced SMART HR Model we will assign an experienced HR consultant to your company as the main point of contact in conjunction with a back up HR consultant.

Dependant on the company size and complexity of HR issues, the consultant will be supporting off site or “on site” for a set day each week. While on site, they will be assigned their own desk, work area, filing system, email etc and will deal with any HR matters are they arise. They will become recognised as the main point of contact for HR issues by your staff.


HR Administration

Oversee all aspects of the HR administrative processes. Ensure filing system is maintained and up to date and in line with NERA and Data Protection requirements. Ensure key dates are met i.e. Probation, PM etc

Key HR Contact

Assume responsibility as key contact point of liaison for other HR related areas such as payroll, accounts, Pension, VHI etc.

HR Policies and Procedures

Review and update current HR documentation/revise and update to ensure best practice HR.


Provide Training Needs Analysis (TNA) each year based on Performance Appraisal outcomes.

Induction/Exit Interview

Provide on-site induction/exit programmes as required.

HR Resourcing

Administer and oversee recruitment process. Includes CV review, interview process and follow up.
